You might be surprised that many of the members of Eleven21 have performed on a professional level and toured with some great musicians and bands in the past.
Tracy Kornet, Lead Vocals sang with Japanese pop star Anri on two world tours and sang with Vanderbilt University's The Original Cast, Broadway Revue Troupe. While hosting her show in Phoenix, Sonoron Living, she sang with Dennis DeYoung of Styx, Jim Brickman to Martina McBride's "Valentine", The Pointer Sisters and Donny Osmond, and as she says "several lame bands after High School." Tommy Hiett, Guitar/ Lead Vocals played several years with Elton John, Huey Lewis and the News, opened for Cheap Trick, The Motels and many others. Selected to Texas Tornados with Billy Gibbons and Eric Johnson, and had his own band Tommy Hiett and the Haywires. Jamie Else, Lead & Backing Vocals ....bio coming soon! Kevin Rothstein, Drums studied jazz at San Diego State University and gigged around San Diego with various groups including the jazz ensemble Easy Street. Since moving to Dallas in 1996, he has been playing Texas-flavored music with artists ranging from local singers/songwriters to the rock/blues band Big Cookie & the Crumbs. He performed with Will Ray of The Hellecasters at G&L Just-A-Jams I-IV and currently also plays with the classic rock/bluesabilly band Loda Dimes. John Nix, Bass, Lead Vocals John's been performing on electric bass and singing with Dallas area bands for over 19 years. He started with childhood piano lessons, then played viola in junior and high school orchestras. John's musical education on electric bass continued into college through private lessons and a few University Of North Texas classes. Over 6 years of experience playing in churches of various denominations adds to a diverse background. John regularly subs with local cover bands (or other musical projects) and has filled in for:The Mix, Hearsay, Big Daddy, Dear John, Hypnotic, The Heat, The Seven Year Band, Good Question, Moving Colors and Deneyed. John's also sat in with Elle & Elle, The Random Axis Band, Inside Out, etc., and, prior to Eleven21, has been a member of Terra Cotta (original music), The Killdares, Outbound, Chemistry, Champagne Blonde, The Flavours, and The Factory. He's been grateful to have traveled with various bands to destinations in Texas, Oklahoma, San Diego, Colorado, Spain, and London.! Don Dobbs, Guitar toured Russia and Romania with the northern Oklahoma College group The Roustabouts. Don played guitar with many bands in the 70's, 80's and 90's including LA Transit, Dungeon, Vision, Knew Spectrum and Britton. Richard Frish, Sax, Percussion, Keyboards, Backing Vocals performed and recorded with the Canadian band Luba (featured on the soundtrack of the film 9 1/2 Weeks), Wolfman Jack and his Calvacade of Stars, country stars Lee Ann Rimes, The Dixie Chicks and The Gatlin Brothers, Jack Wagner, the original cast of Bealtlemania, Maylee Thomas , Idle Hands, The Stoneleighs and more. True Tidwell, Keyboards, Backing Vocals toured and performed for 10 years with various bands all over the USA and Canada. Most notably with Thunder, a Las Vegas Show Band. Opened for Bloodrock, Pat Travers, Sammy Kershaw, The Oak Ridge Boys, B.J. Thomas, and 20/20. Was a "hired gun" in LA for bands showcasing for Record Companies and did studio work in Houston, Tuscon, Hot Springs and LA.
